Controls:

Normal Mode
W/S or UP/DOWN to accelerate/decelerate
A/D or LEFT/RIGHT to rotate
P to switch to Precision Mode

Precision Mode
W/A/S/D or UP/LEFT/DOWN/RIGHT to accelerate up/left/down/right
Q/E or ALT/SPACE to rotate
